3149944	无图 <p>Balikpapan, 21 Mei 2025 – PT Pertamina mendukung transisi energi melalui sinergi PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) dan PT Pertamina New & Renewable Energy (NRE). Kedua entitas ini meresmikan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) atap terbesar di lingkungan operasional Pertamina Group. PLTS atap dengan kapasitas 2,5 megawatt peak (MWp) resmi beroperasi di area Workshop dan Gedung New HSSE KPI Kilang Balikpapan (19/5).</p><p>Direktur Operasi KPI, Didik Bahagia menyampaikan bahwa PLTS atap ini merupakan bukti nyata sinergi dan kolaborasi yang memberikan kontribusi nyata dan saling menguntungkan bagi kedua belah pihak.</p><p>"Alhamdulillah, PLTS atap ini telah kita resmikan. Kita harus terus memperkuat sinergi dan kolaborasi, karena ketika semua pihak saling melakukan hal ini, maka kontribusi nyata dari setiap langkah akan semakin terasa," kata Didik.</p><p>PLTS tersebut dipasang di atap tiga bangunan utama di KPI Kilang Balikpapan, yaitu warehouse 1.635 kilowatt peak (kWp), workshop 744 kWp, dan Gedung New HSSE 138 kWp. Total kapasitas terpasang mencapai 2,5 MWp, menjadikannya instalasi PLTS atap terbesar yang pernah dibangun di lingkungan Kilang Pertamina dan mampu menurunkan emisi sebesar 3.798 Ton Co2e per tahun</p><p>Lebih lanjut, Didik juga menekankan bahwa efisiensi energi adalah kunci dalam pengelolaan operasional kilang yang berkelanjutan. Biaya energi di kilang saat ini menjadi pengeluaran kedua terbesar, mencapai sekitar 4 hingga 5 persen dari total biaya operasional.</p><p>"Melalui langkah-langkah efisiensi dan pemanfaatan energi yang lebih efektif, kita tidak hanya menurunkan emisi karbon, tetapi juga secara bertahap mengurangi beban biaya energi," tambah Didik.</p><p>Selain KPI Kilang Balikpapan, PLTS juga telah dioperasikan di kilang-kilang lainnya, yakni Kilang Dumai 3,77 MWp, Kilang Plaju 2,25 MWp, Kilang Cilacap 2,34 MWp, dan Kilang Balongan 1,51 MWp. Dengan beroperasinya PLTS atap KPI di Kilang Balikpapan, total kapasitas PLTS yang dioperasikan Pertamina NRE di area Kilang KPI kini mencapai 12,37 MWp.</p><p>PLTS ini juga telah menggunakan teknologi terbaru memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan dan berbasis internet of thing (IoT) sehingga mampu menerapkan remote monitoring and control dalam operasionalnya</p><p>Pada kesempatan yang sama, Direktur Proyek & Operasi Pertamina NRE, Norman Ginting menyampaikan bahwa sinergi KPI dan Pertamina NRE berjalan sangat baik. Dimana keduanya telah berkolaborasi dalam penyediaan PLTS hampir di semua kilang yang dioperasikan KPI.</p><p>“Sinergi KPI dan Pertamina NRE mencerminkan strategi pertumbuhan ganda Pertamina, di mana KPI berperan strategis dalam mengoptimalkan bisnis utama Pertamina saat ini yaitu minyak dan gas bumi, sedangkan di sisi lain Pertamina NRE membantu upaya penurunan emisi dari aktivitas operasional Pertamina melalui penyediaan energi hijau,” ungkap Norman.</p><p>Tak hanya pada PLTS, kolaborasi antara KPI dan Pertamina NRE juga berjalan dalam proyek pemanfaatan flare gas to power. Inisiatif ini mendukung efisiensi dan pengurangan emisi yang selaras dengan aspirasi net zero emission (NZE) dengan mengubah gas buang dari aktivitas kilang menjadi sumber listrik bagi operasional kilang.</p><p>Sementara itu, Vice President Corporate Communication PT Pertamina (Persero) Fadjar Djoko Santoso menambahkan, pengembangan energi hijau rendah karbon seperti solar panel menjadi salah satu strategi bisnis Pertamina. (”Sembgas”) dan Gas Supply Pte Ltd. (”GSPL”) dan Pembeli gas bumi domestik yaitu PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN) akan melakukan skema swap gas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gas domestik untuk sektor kelistrikan dan Industri. Langkah ini mengantisipasi adanya penurunan pasokan gas bumi di Sumatra dan peningkatan kebutuhan gas di dalam negeri.</p><p>Direktur Utama Pertamina Simon Aloysius Mantiri mengatakan sesuai arahan Pemerintah melalui SKK Migas, skema swap gas dijalankan dengan mengalokasikan sebagian volume ekspor untuk memenuhi kebutuhan domestik.</p><p>“Skema swap gas akan menjamin ketersediaan gas domestik untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional sesuai target yang ditetapkan Pemerintah,” ujar Simon.</p><p>Simon menambahkan bahwa melalui skema swap gas ini akan memberikan tambahan pasokan gas untuk domestik, hal ini merupakan milestone penting baik bagi Pemerintah Indonesia dan Pertamina dimana proses swap gas sebagai alternatif sumber pasokan gas bumi untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan gas domestik.</p><p>“Upaya ini dilakukan oleh Pertamina untuk mendukung visi Asta Cita Presiden Prabowo, dimana kepastian pasokan energi domestik akan menjaga ketahanan energi nasional,” tutup Simon.</p><p>Pertamina sebagai pemimpin di bidang transisi energi, berkomitmen dalam mendukung target Net Zero Emission 2060 dengan terus mendorong program-program yang berdampak langsung pada capaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s). 3149937	有图 <h6></h6> <p> <p>JERUSALEM / ISTANBUL</p><p>Israel is committing daily war crimes in the Gaza Strip and occupied West Bank, former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said on Wednesday.</p><p>In an interview with Israel’s public broadcaster KAN, Olmert condemned remarks by members of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government, including Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who called for the Palestinian village of Huwara in the northern West Bank to be burned.</p><p>“Anyone who calls for burning villages is calling for genocide,” Olmert said.</p><p>“War crimes are not being committed in Gaza alone. They are committed daily in the West Bank by Israelis, without intervention from the police or the army – or they turn a blind eye,” he added.</p><p>Olmert, who served as prime minister from 2006 to 2009, also criticized Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza, describing it as a “political war without purpose” that would fail to bring home any hostages and would only lead to further loss of Israeli soldiers’ lives.</p><p>Israel estimates 58 hostages are still held in Gaza, including 20 believed to be alive. Around 250 were taken as hostages in the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas incursion. 3149932	有图 <h6></h6> <p> <p>WASHINGTON</p><p>President Donald Trump clashed with his South African counterpart Wednesday during a contentious sit-down as the US leader maintained his claims that white Afrikaner farmers are being killed and persecuted.</p><p>Trump played a video during the Oval Office sit-down that he said is proof that Afrikaners are being targeted in South Africa. The video included footage of a road lined with white crosses that Trump said marked burial sites of Afrikaner farmers.</p><p>"This is very bad. These are burial sites right here, burial sites, over 1,000, of white farmers, and those cars are lined up to pay love on a Sunday morning," he said as the more than four-minute video was played in the darkened Oval Office. "It"s a terrible sight. I"ve never seen anything like it."</p><p>It is unclear what exactly the video depicted, and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa questioned what it showed.</p><p>"Have they told you where that is, Mr. President?" Ramaphosa asked, largely maintaining his composure as the saga continued.</p><p>"No," Trump replied, prompting Ramaphosa to say, "I"d like to know where that is."</p><p>"I mean, it’s in South Africa," said Trump.</p><p>The allegations are at the center of the Trump administration"s decision to allow white Afrikaners to come to the US as refugees even as it cancels deportation protections for other groups fleeing persecution and instability, including most recently Afghans, Venezuelans, Haitians and Cameroonians. An initial group of 59 Afrikaners arrived in the US last week.</p><p>Trump told Ramaphosa that his government allows Afrikaner land to be taken "and then when they take the land, they kill the white farmer, and when they kill the white farmer, nothing happens to them."</p><p>Ramaphosa denied the allegations, but acknowledged South Africa"s efforts to curtail "criminality" in the country.</p><p>"People who do get killed, unfortunately, through criminal activity, are not only white people. 3149931	有图 <h6></h6> <p> <p>JERUSALEM/ISTANBUL </p><p>Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reaffirmed his government’s intention to fully reoccupy the Gaza Strip and dismissed any agreement to end the war.</p><p>“There are certainly 20 hostages still alive in Gaza and up to 38 others believed to have been killed,” he said Wednesday during a press conference at his office in West Jerusalem.</p><p>More than 10,100 Palestinians meanwhile remain imprisoned in Israel under conditions described by Palestinian and Israeli rights groups as involving torture, starvation and medical neglect, according to human rights and media reports.</p><p>Netanyahu said Israel would consider a temporary ceasefire solely to recover hostages.</p><p>“If there is an opportunity for a temporary pause in fighting to return more hostages—I emphasize, a temporary pause—we are open to that,” he said.</p><p>The Palestinian group Hamas has repeatedly expressed its readiness to release Israeli captives in a single exchange in return for an end to the war, an Israeli withdrawal from Gaza, and the release of Palestinian prisoners.</p><p>Netanyahu has rejected those terms, instead demanding the disarmament of Palestinian resistance factions and insisting on the full reoccupation of Gaza.</p><p>Israeli opposition leaders and families of hostages accuse him of prolonging the war to appease the far-right members of his coalition and to protect his own political standing.</p><p>Netanyahu also claimed that a new humanitarian aid plan had been developed for Gaza in coordination with the US.</p><p>He said the plan includes three phases: the immediate entry of basic food supplies for children to avert a humanitarian collapse, the establishment of food distribution points managed by American companies and secured by the Israeli military, and the creation of designated civilian evacuation zones.</p><p>He also laid out his conditions for ending the war: the return of all Israeli hostages, the removal of the Hamas leadership from Gaza, and the complete disarmament of the group.</p><p>Netanyahu claimed that once these goals are achieved, Israel would move to implement the so-called Trump Plan -- widely interpreted as a framework for the relocation of Palestinians from Gaza.</p><p>Criticizing the Israeli prime minister, opposition leader Yair Lapid said in a recorded video on X that “Netanyahu’s statements tonight mean the occupation of Gaza for many years.”</p><p>However, Lapid added that Netanyahu was lying when he claimed to be in full coordination with the US administration.</p><p>He stressed that Netanyahu “has lost the sympathy of (US President) Donald Trump.”</p><p>Yair Golan, the leader of the opposition center-left Democrats party, also commented on Netanyahu’s press conference via X.</p><p>“I saw a performance by a lying, pressured, and obsessed man, throwing mud at everyone and refusing to take responsibility for anything,” he said.</p><p>“I have two promises for Netanyahu this evening: I will sue you for defamation over the lies you spread about me, and we will defeat you in the elections very soon.”</p><p>The Israeli hostages’ families forum launched a fierce attack on Netanyahu on X, saying: “We are heading toward the ‘missed opportunity of the century,’”</p><p>“After more than 19 months of war, there is no end in sight; no chance for recovery and rehabilitation on the horizon,” the statement added.</p><p>Netanyahu’s statements came as the Israeli army has pursued a brutal offensive against Gaza since October 2023, killing nearly 53,700 Palestinians, most of them women and children.</p><p>The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants last November for Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.</p><p>Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.</p> Anadolu Agency website contains only a portion of the news stories offered to subscribers in the AA News Broadcasting System (HAS), and in summarized form. While the UK government remains committed to the existing trade agreement in force, it is not possible to advance discussions on a new, upgraded FTA with a Netanyahu government that is pursuing egregious policies in the West Bank and Gaza.</p><p>His statement will address latest developments on the ground in Gaza, making clear the UK’s complete opposition to the IDF’s new, extensive ground operation through Gaza, the threat of starvation for the Gazan population, and the UK’s condemnation of the Israeli government’s plans to drive Gazans from their homes into a corner of the Strip. The Foreign Secretary will also repeat UK demands that Hamas release all the hostages immediately and unconditionally and reiterate that Hamas cannot continue to run Gaza.</p><p>The new steps follow a joint statement issued by the Prime Minister along with the leaders of France and Canada, setting out their strong opposition to the expansion of Israel’s military operations in Gaza and to illegal settlements in the West Bank. They also made clear that if Israel does not cease this action, further action will be taken in response.</p><p>Foreign Secretary David Lammy said:</p> <p>I have seen for myself the consequences of settler violence. The fear of its victims. The impunity of its perpetrators.</p> <p>The sanctioning of Daniella Weiss and others today demonstrates our determination to hold extremist settlers to account as Palestinian communities suffer violence and intimidation at the hands of extremist settlers.</p> <p>The Israeli government has a responsibility to intervene and halt these aggressive actions. Their consistent failure to act is putting Palestinian communities and the two-state solution in peril.</p><p>The announcement comes as Minister for the Middle East Hamish Falconer summons Israel’s Ambassador Tzipi Hotovely to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office over the expansion of military operations in Gaza.</p><p>Minister for the Middle East Hamish Falconer said:</p> <p>Today I will set out to Ambassador Hotovely the government’s opposition to the wholly disproportionate escalation of military activity in Gaza and emphasise that the 11-week block on aid to Gaza has been cruel and indefensible. I will urge Israel to halt settlement expansion and settler violence in the West Bank.</p> <p>Israel must abide by its obligations under International Humanitarian Law and ensure full, rapid, safe and unhindered provision of humanitarian assistance to the population in Gaza. This will protect Ukrainian lives, and our collective security by disrupting Russia’s military machine. </p><p>Putin has repeatedly fired Iskander missiles into crowded civilian areas with a callous disregard for life. He used these weapons during the strike against Sumy on 13 April that killed 34 civilians including children, some of them heading for Palm Sunday services. </p><p>UK and other Western sanctions are having a severe effect on Russia’s economy. Russian GDP shrank in the first quarter of the yearandthe non-defence economy has been in recession for some time. Security and defence spending isnowover 40% of the federal budget, and Putin has had to raise taxes and slash social spending in order to continue the war. </p><p>Every rouble by which we cut Kremlin revenues diminishes Putin’s ability to sow chaos, division and disorder across the world and protects the British people, increasing security and prosperity at home.</p><p>As the Prime Minister set out at the European Political Community summiton Friday, people in Ukraine and across the world have paid the price for Putin’s aggression and now he must pay the price for avoiding peace.</p><p>Foreign Secretary, David Lammy said:</p> <p>Putin’s latest strikes once again show his true colours as a warmonger.</p> <p>We urge him to agree a full, unconditional ceasefire right away so there can be talks on a just and lasting peace.</p> <p>We have been clear that delaying peace efforts will only redouble our resolve to help Ukraine to defend itself and use our sanctions to restrict Putin’s war machine.</p><p>Today’s sanctions also target 14 more members of the Social Design Agency(SDA), which carries out Kremlin-funded information operations that are designed to undermine sovereignty, democracy, and the rule of law in Ukraine and across the world. </p><p>The UK previously sanctioned the SDA and several of its leaders in 2024.
